Windows 10 - Right click - Send to: Mail recipient is missing (Outlook)

In Windows 10, when I right-click on a file and want to send it, I miss the Send - Email Recipient menu. How do I add an Email Recipient there to add the file to a new Outlook email?

Hello,

Problem with Missing Offer Send - Email Recipient for Outlook (+ MAPI) will need to be fixed as follows:

1.) %appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto
2.) Create a "mail recipient.mapimail" file with the contents of mail via Notepad
3.) regedit
4.) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail\Default - "Microsoft Outlook"
5.) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Mail\Default - "Microsoft Outlook"
6.) Reboot PC and test it

PS: If that doesn't work, delete or rename C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\system\msmapi\1031\msmapi32.dll
